BNA'S Electronic Commerce & Law Report reports that a federal court in Texas has ruled that an individual who signed up for a day-trading service on a Web site that required users to accept its terms prior to entering the site was bound by a forum selection clause included in the terms. The court said that, absent a strong showing of fraud or unreasonableness, forum selection clauses are enforceable. Case name is Krause v. Chippas.

"Weekly Watch"算是我的剪貼簿吧，收集我有興趣的報導，多是與傳播、電信法規有關的文章。大家隨便看看就好，更可以跳過去。

本來是想自己另建一個檔案夾，可是從過去經驗看來，這類檔案夾往往只存有兩三篇文章，到最後自己也不知道這剪貼檔案夾是幹什麼用，所以對我來說最好的方法，還是把網誌當作剪貼簿。

不過很討厭的是，無名小站最近又幹了一件很無聊的事，就是強迫使用者將文章分類，標示topic，更好笑的是，這裡面的分類並沒有任何一項「其他」，以致所有的文章，都必須在無名設計的類別裡，按上一個分類。那你說，像我這篇關於Weekly Watch的公告，到底要算是什麼樣的分類呢？政治嗎？娛樂嗎？理財嗎？

Comcast限制檔案分享，Net Neutrality（網路中立）爭議又起

最近美聯社報導，電信業者（其實其服務包括了網路、有線電視、電話）Comcast封鎖了該網路上的檔案傳輸行為。這篇報導一出，Comcast成為眾矢之的，「Net neutrality」這個議題又被拿出來討論，撻伐者說，Comcast不應對於在網路上傳輸的檔案，加以差別待遇。
